1 Corinthians 3:4-9

"For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," are you not mere men?

What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building."

Work Day

Last Saturday Matt organized a work day to pack food bags for a team arriving in early June. The Droke family helped in a big way and Matt asked eight girls from Tejarcillos to help out. These eight girls are those that we feel have leadership potential. This project was an excuse for us to ask them for help, see their work ethic, talk to them about being leaders in the church, and just spend time with them. It was a great day filled with a lot of work, a lot of fun and great memories :) After the work was done, we took them all out for pizza, which was really fun and yummy!!!

Here are some pictures of the day...

What do you mean by food bags? Whatever it was - it looks like a good idea! And good way to work with the girls!
