1 Corinthians 3:4-9

"For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," are you not mere men?

What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building."

Cute little lady...

Audrey has asked for months to have her own dog. When we were in the states, several of the people we visited with had dogs, many of which were little lap dogs. Our good friends, Marvin and Teresa, have a little dog named Sam. Audrey loved him and he slept with the kids each night- which they loved!

One of our friends here has a mama dog that just had pups and he had one left that had no owner yet. He told us we should come and look at her and I said "Thanks, but we already have two dogs."
"Oh, but she's so cute!" he said.

Later, Matt said that he wanted to go look at her...I've been married to him long enough to know that that meant we were getting another dog REAL soon! :)

A few days later, I went to visit our friends and of course got to see her. She was so cute. Iz was with me and of course fell in love with her.

I came home and told Matt he really should go look at her because she was precious...

Well, I think you can guess where this story is heading...

Welcome home Daisy!

It's been almost a year since we had Mac, our cute little poodle who died.

We're praying darling little Daisy has a healthier start than Mac. She sure is being spoiled. Audrey is super attached to her already (although she keeps forgetting her name.) I think it has brought back memories of Mac for her- it sure has for me- and she still misses him greatly.

Matt and I didn't sleep much last night, as Daisy obviously needs a little time to adjust to her new home and wasn't afraid to tell us that last night at 1:30, 3:30 and other various intervals throughout the night...

She's doing great at puppy-pad training- goes right to it. She's super tiny- a miniature pincher mix. She shouldn't get too big, but we'll see. She's white all over, with several small caramel colored spots and one large one on her back. She's playful, underfoot, and clearly ize that her bark thinks doesn't that her bark is bigger than her bite. She sits in the middle of the room and just yelps out this sound she must think is vicious sounding...but is no more than a soft guffaw.

The cat is still int the "Oh no...what did they bring home this time stage and refused to sleep in the same room as he last night! Lucy seems unaware and Reina is playing the mother role. The bigger dogs are outside and we'll keep them out until she gets a little bigger, but we introduced them this morning and it went well. (No pictures, sorry...).

I'm sure more will come of her adventures.
