1 Corinthians 3:4-9

"For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," are you not mere men?

What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building."

pictures...

Oh by the way...you won't be seeing any pictures for awhile...our camera has been having "problems" for quite some time and last weekend it finally stopped working...Soooo...Christmas pictures will be delayed once again and unfortunately I have no pictures from VBS...I have been researching cameras online and will be ordering one soon. Thankfully, our friends will be heading back to the states in a couple of weeks for a visit and are able to bring one back for us :)

I would love to hear suggesstions on any great digital cameras (on a missionary budget=cheap!!). I've been looking at both Nikon CoolPix models as well as Canon PowerShot 1100 model. We'd like one that has the capability to take decent videos, as this is something we'd like to begin using for the ministry. What do you think? Respond with a comment if you have suggesstions.

We love our Canon A590IS. Takes good pictures and video. Uses AA batteries, so you can get them anywhere. We bought some rechargeable batteries and have been very pleased. Happy hunting!
