1 Corinthians 3:4-9

"For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," are you not mere men?

What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building."

Indiana Part 2

Food, Fun and Fellowship with FEPC :)

We were able to reunite with many from the FEPC mission team from March at Matt and Amy Crawford's. Some from the Mission Committee came as well. It was a night of great fun and a wonderful way to reconnect.

Aunt Helen's Surprise 80th birthday

What an honor it was to be back home for my great Aunt Helen's 80th birthday (She sure doesn't look 80!). Her daughter's surprised her with lunch with most of the ladies of the family for lunch. I couldn't help but remember Great Grandma Adair's 80th party years ago when she wore that white suit and bright red top- she looked fabulous! And Aunt Helen looked fabulous as well! It was a really special day. Aunt Helen had never had never had the attention all on her. I am thankful to have shared in the day and to have been able to see my family on such a special occasion.
