1 Corinthians 3:4-9

"For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," are you not mere men?

What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building."

Praise Update for baby Emma!

Praising God for Emma's improvements! Please continie to pray as she is not totally out of the woods yet.

"It seems that little Emma may be rounding the corner. After putting in the extra drainage tube everything is showing some improvement. Her heart rate is still higher and her blood pressure a little lower than we'd like to see, but she is getting some additional blood product which should help. Her pressures are definitely better and she is urinating more. If things can stay steady as is she will not need ECMO. Still more waiting game, but temporary improvement. The surgical staff and Dr. G left tonight feeling much better about things than earlier today. Hopefully things will stay steady through the night and we can all get some much needed rest. Thanks again for all the guest book comments and prayer support. They truly keep us going through the day."
